Great for any age, hooping tones your entire body, boosts cardiovascular fitness and builds core strength. Dolgin, a certified Hoop Dance instructor since August, says “everybody can hula hoop, and you can’t help but smile when you’re doing it.” The craze originated in Los Angeles and has even made a believer out of starlets like Beyonce and Marissa Tomei.
