Deposit and Confirmation
We accept party bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit is required to secure your party date and time. In fairness to everyone, we cannot confirm/hold your party date until we receive your deposit. The balance for your party is due upon your arrival for the party.
Prices and Payment Options
Prices are based on the extent of the services we provide. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
Credit - We will confirm receipt of payment and your completed registration via e-mail.
Check - Please make payable to Paulette's Studio of Dance, note the party date you’ve requested and mail to:

We will send you a receipt confirming your date by mail or e-mail, whichever you prefer. We charge a $25 fee for any returned checks.
Cash - For your own protection, please do not send cash by mail. To pay with cash, please visit our studio at 4853 Monroe Street • Building B • Toledo • Ohio • 43623. It’s east of the Westfield Mall in between Kohl’s and Bob Evan’s – in the building directly behind Trilby Tropicals.
